Hospice Compliance & Coding Solutions, LLC (HCCS) was founded in 2025 to bridge the gap between regulatory demands and compassionate hospice care. We exist to provide expert-level support in ICD-10 coding, clinical documentation, compliance, and quality assurance—empowering hospice teams to meet regulatory requirements without compromising their mission of dignity and comfort at the end of life.

Led by Joshua Simpson, RN BSN CHPN, a seasoned hospice nurse and clinical leader with over 15 years of experience in direct care, operations, and quality oversight, HCCS was born from a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges hospice agencies face—especially under the weight of audits, ADRs, eligibility complexities, and ever-changing CMS expectations.
